A refund for missing cartridges

On Saturday 28th September 2024 I purchased a HP 965 Ink Cartridge Value Pack - Includes: [1 x Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow] for $143.09. On Thursday 3rd October 2024 I received an empty box just the receipt inside it. On Friday 4th October 2024 Sam gave me a full refund since there were no cartridges in the box.
