Completely agree with watcher below. I found one of the management to be rude. Completely disinterested in their clients needs and only concerned about billable hours. I have spent over $40,000 with this firm and I am still no closer to a resolution.

As a past client I found them expensive and most of the staff excessively concerned with maximising billable hours, yet I found the attention to basic detail, such as correct addresses etc to be woefully inadequate, especially for the price charged. While some of their staff are very compassionate and empathetic, the management is rude.
