Here is my review. First, thank you to all doctors involved and the Carenotes team. I was on limited reg for many years cant pass clinicals exam 3x, thankfully, friend recommend Carenotes....... & its amazing. It teach you what you say to pretend-patient & your examiner... word for word. Last Dec i FINALLY PASSED MY EXAM,,, and now applied for general reg. All my exam cases were in Carenotes, even PE and medicine, just follow structure approach from all book titles available & you'll pass exam. Wish I had this book years ago to guide me,... but ok now. PLEASE DONT WASTE MORE TIME FROM OTHER notes, believe me Carenotes has all you need, I did in on my own... practice with family, my kids' dolls, etc... if I did it you can to!!! Goodluck to all!

I am a proud CARENOTES patron, I PASSED my exam now. After I ordered combination of physical examination, gynaecology, and psychiatry notes, I knew from the beginning (and first reading through Physical Examination) — I liked the way everything is well structured for OSCE - AMC clinical exams. I say I have no courses available in my state, and working full-time, so I chose the cheaper option than a bridging course, but I got more from my investment. Could not thank the team more than enough!
WOHOOO... passed this clinical exam after my 2nd try. Thanks a lot CARENOTES. Dialogues were extremely helpful, this is my true struggle, the english speaking in medicine, how to explain what had to be explained. I got lost with Karen's notes, thanks God, I found the website and I got the 3 books, I did not need other books, even the handbook coz cases all updated in CARENOTES anyways. I mastered the dialogue structure approach to symptomatic presentations. Pls continue the good work, helping IMGs, and I'm sending my detailed feedback. ^_^

First impressions, it's quite good. Did my bridging course & couldn't complete due to family reasons, so when I heard about carenotes then I decided to buy. My opinion this could potentially replace the bridging course - everything you learn from tutors has already been written down - bonus is you don't have to spend a lot of time in class. I'm enjoying it so far, I think this will help me very much. I'm been down, after all competing family demands, but now I'm back to studying, thank you!

PASSED MY EXAM!!!!!!!!! Only few of us passed. CARENOTES is the best thing that happened to me, struggled w/ communications for exam, but CARENOTES guide tells you everything you say. It's worth it. Thank you for helping IMGs!

So sorry for the late post, you know I passed all my physical exam stations from early Nov exam.
Revision of P.E. one week before date is CRUCIAL, and with CARENotes, that's all you need to master and ACE all P.E. stations! Im glad to be part of being a patron and promise to give you feedback for future IMGs! Keep the hope alive.

This study guide is hundreds of pages worth of physical examination cases to prepare an IMG for the OSCEs. The best part is the structured approach - which includes dialogues - because knowing what to say helps an IMG who struggles with english. Mastering PE cases has never been this easy.
