For me, easy parking, shop access, product range all very important, but I am a low end user.

Launceston is sadly lacking in the computer retail side of things, with not much competition its hard to find prices that you can often find online. Carbil seem to have the best range and staff certainly know their products, its definitely my first stop when looking to buy a product i want to feel and play with first. I often shop here for keyboards, mouse pads etc to ensure it meets my needs
Staff are always friendly and willing to look into products that they don't carry in store, prices are alot more expensive than if you shop online, but they are able to provide ongoing support for products purchased here. Then have a reasonable selection of all things computer related.
