Camperdown Timer & Trading

I recently bought a roller door from them. My experience with this company was pretty bad. First it started having a problem within a month from installation. I called them immediately. The reception staff promised that someone would call me. A few days later still no call. Called them again just to be told the same thing. No call. Eventually spoke with different person who was very rude and sounded condescending. The person was absolutely inpatient with me and I was very upset. They were very nice and friendly until receiving my payment. When problem happened, they didn't want to be bothered; that's my impression. They might have many happy costumers but I wouldn't use them again.
