Took my camera in for a sensor clean and dust removal. The camera was returned to me 2 days later with the camera still left on my sensor had a mark on it ,there was still dust in the camera ,my settings were tampered with. These people are unprofessional, sloppy and careless. Totally unacceptable. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAMERA ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE.
Great service from Camera House Croydon with an online purchase, thanks guys. I bought a lens and opted for pickup from the store, because I enjoy going over there and browsing. Well, that was stupid of me, because I was caught out by another lockdown. They got it into the post for me as soon as it arrived at the store. It's always a pleasure to shop in-store too. I'm looking forward to getting back over there.
Croydon Camera house are unprofessional and their casual untrained child labour are unhelpful, unable to undertake simple addition. It appears that both stores lack any form of experienced manager and in fact the selfie set are more interested in there weekend plans or discsusing the one just gone. I obtained a quote for a product elsewhere and wanted to know if they could match it. No one could make a decision and I was promised a email follow up. Eventually I recieved a quote. Very good deal. A thousand dollars less. Unfortunately the sender couldn't add up and was a thousand dollars short in the items listed. When I took the matter up with another distacted casual he was dismissive and more interested in returning to his chatting with the other female assistant. Don't wast you time on this outlet unless you love frustration and uninformed bad service.
The Croydon Camera House staff are very friendly and helpful, especially for novices like myself. The other awesome thing is the quality of their photo printing, it’s like an old-school machine that prints your photos to the highest quality (not like the ones in major chains and everywhere else).

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them very highly. I had the opportunity to buy a digital camera for an upcoming overseas trip and the customer service was fantastic. I also had need to go back there on the weekend for a work related problem and once again - nothing was too much trouble to explain.
Lots of great cameras on display, a busy shop but their staff is quite friendly and nice. I had my Photo Id taken and they were very good and fast even they seem to be busy.
Plenty of good camera stores but this one is local which makes it handier. Always busy, but never too busy, and always willing to talk a deal. I got a great discount on a tripod simply because the assistant recognised my face and talked to the boss! Seem to know what they are talking about with digital cameras, where we all are these days!
I love Croydon Camera House! What can I say?? The staff are all very friendly and helpful (and knowledgeable too). You can print your photos for a great price, and also pick up equipment for your camera.
I purchased my SLR camera from here, and they were very helpfull. They even threw in a manual for the camera for free. I buy all my photography paper and dark-room supplies here. Other family members of mine print there digital photos.
I recommend for others. Students get a 5% discount of everything also.
Parking for this store is a nightmare and when I put a roll of film in to be developed the photographs were too dark in colour, they did reprint my photographs but the staff were not very friendly about it at all..
The staff are friendly here and they have a great product range. They are also helpfull when i had some trouble with my SLR. They also gave me a great deal on a second hand SLR camera, along with a student discount. I use these guys all the time for film and photo prints. Nothing bad has happened and I enjoy there competitive prices.
