I got diesel there 3 weeks ago. An hour later I broke down. Turns out it was water in the fuel. Stuffed all my injectors. Cost heaps to repair. I will never get fuel there again!

Not to mention petrol at rural prices, but that comes with country living. They have pizzas to as well as gas bottles for next summers bbq.
No bargins in rural areas for petrol. We have only 2 stations here in Goolwa. This would be the one that offers the largest range of goods aside from petrol. They are exspensive, but all petrol stations are. I have always found that the staff are polite and helpfull.
I rarely buy petrol here as it is very overpriced compared to other service stations in the area. They do have an 8c/litre fuel offer for spending $5 in-store, however their grocery items are also over-priced. Great for people with plenty of money who don't mind paying double or triple supermarket prices for items.

still best to shop on tuesdays as end of discount cycle before it goes up wednesday lunchtime
coupled with woolworths rewards card and spend $5 instore good discount for petrol and for buying on tuesdays
fill up makes it worthwhile 8 cents per litre discount

Caltex Goolwa is a clean and tidy petrol station. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and pleasant. The takeaway food is good and the pizzas are great! They also offer home delivery of takeaway
