It's been 5 months since I first started dealing with Callcom. They sent me a refurbished phone that was broken upon arrival. I sent it back and have been waiting ever since for either a refund or replacement.
They send very polite emails stating "our workshop is working on your order and we will let you know when we receive an update from them." I'm pretty sure the workshop doesn't exist.
The only way I got them to respond was by threatening to report them to the police for fraud. They wouldn't give me a refund but promised me a settlement phone (a supposed new Samsung S7). They sent me a knockoff S7 from China that wouldn't power on. It's been 2 months since that and I havent' heard a response back.
Stay away.

So I bought a Samsung Galaxy, except I continuously received "we are currently processing your request" emails for a week until they shipped it. After that, not only did I not get my tracking number within their stated timeframe (8-10 hours), but when I also requested for the tracking number, I didn't even get the shipping company.
Their prices may be cheap, but I guess it's offset by your anxiety.
PS. Still haven't received it yet, so I have yet to see what happens, scam or not.

I fixed my Samsung phone at a nearby Callcom service center and I was really impressed. I don't hope to break my phone soon but I'll definitely come here again.
First of all, my shipment was delayed. But I would recommend Callcom if you're reading this right now. You also get to chose from a tall list of accessories when you're ordering and I think that's cool.
