Callaghan Plumbing

We had the kitchen sink mixer tap supplied and installed by this plumber in August 2013 and paid $275. In less than 5 months, the mixer tap became very loose and was not fixed to the sink any more. Obviously, the tap was installed properly. We called the plumber, who was working just 100 meters away from our shop in a shopping centre. He asked us to contact the manufacturer, which we didn't even know the brand and refused to go to the shop to check it. On the phone, he admitted that the problem can be fixed by tightening the nuts from underneath, but wanted to be paid for that. No service warranty, poor quality of work, no customer service at all and only care about how they're paid.
