We went here for a family outing, the prices are pretty good and meal sizes are decent, we find the kids meals good value, food, drink and icecream for $9.90. We were all satifised with our meals
Located in a convenient spot in TTP if you want to go to the movies after. We had lunch here and had a very nice Yiros Pizza. The value and portion sizes are very good and the pizza was very tasty and service was quick.
Unfortunately my orange juice was bland and watery and my partners coke was flat with not a bubble of fizz to be seen.
The staff looked miserable with not a smile to be seen, they weren't friendly or helpful. When my partner asked for a straw (because the container was empty) he was pointed to the end of the bar to get his own. The looked bored and very dis-interested and looked like they didn't want to be there.
If you don't care about service, the food is quite good, unfortunately if I get bad service I don't go back.
Havent eaten there for years, but we had a steak with 3 prawns, and chips and salad plus a bottle of mineral water with a half price voucher for one meal cost us under $40 which was good, plus the meal was worth it, they did one gluten free plus I got the two bonus pancake with maple syrup and cream, cannot go wrong. Ambience busy and enjoyable.
Approximate cost: $35.00
The portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller and the prices don't seem to be changing to fit with that.
The service seems pretty slow, and when you order extras you don't always get them and you have to chase after them.
A solid 'cheap' eats.
Quick service, good lunch/dinner specials and reasonable service.
I do think they are not as good as they used to be however you get what you pay for I guess.
A good meal option at TTP whilst shopping, heading to the movies.
The food is amazing and well presented, the service is good, the food CAN be a tad pricey but generally great value.
I used to love going to Caffe Primo, but not any more. They have turned into one of the worst places to eat. There service is shocking, they don't clear of the table until you leave, meaning when you have dessert your piling up dishes. Their tables are never wiped between customers.
As for their food. Very disappointing. They used to have reasomable quality and taste nice. Now it is generally over cooked, drenched in dressings and just no love gone into it.
I think Caffe Primo need to take a step back and look at what they are serving.
I won't be returning anytime soon unless there is some huge improvement.
As previous people have discussed, the seating is terrible, there are holes in the chairs, the ground is really messy. They have really dropped their standards since opening and since they dropped their prices. I seem to get sick every time I eat there. Caveat emptor!
Approximate cost: $12.00
The food is pretty good and served quickly. Customer service was okay, some of the girls (staffs) seemed a bit unfriendly. The tables were a little sticky. The pancakes were delicious. I would go back there to have a cheap meal and to catch up with people, but theres nothing special.
really loud and not a good venue if there are several people in the group as they seem to cook by food type rather than table so some people are left waiting ages. reasonable price for what you get.
Approximate cost: $15
As expected. Good cheap meal for breakfast. Seats were sticky and metal on chairs on concrete is quite annoying when people drag the seats around. Very noisey and sounds like nails on a blackboard!
Approximate cost: $12.90
When Cafe Primo first opened it was a great place to get a cheap meal. Since removing their $10 menu I feel the price versus quality for meals is certainly not worth the money. The service at Modbury is also terrible. It seems they only hire attractive young girls with huge attitude problems.
Caffe Primo has a good ambience and family friendly restaurant. Meals are affordable and great value for your money. Quality of the food is satisfactory and will dine when they have special offers
Approximate cost: $18
the quality is average, the prices are reasonable. they usually have great deals on for lunch and dinner. the service here is great, the staff are well presentable and friendly. i always leave satisfied.
Food is always of good quality, however the service is terrible. More often than not 1 person will get their dinner & then others don't get served until alot later. defeats the purpose of going out to dinner together
Approximate cost: $15
very bad all around, food was not cooked well and staff were inappropriately dressed and rude. restaurant looked dirty inside and food was overpriced.
Approximate cost: $20
service is good, prices are average. place is always clean and inviting. a little more service would be nice but not something that is desperatly needed or expected. range is very good
We didnt even dine there,we stood at the counter for ten minutes while staff talked amongst themselves.Very disappointing :( We were actually looking forward to dining there,as I am originally from Tasmania and hadnt dined at a Cafe Primo before. We were just very very let down by the whole experience.Found it extrememly rude that the staff continued to talk amongst themselves....and one actually completely ignored my partner when he attempted to ask about ordering.
Approximate cost: $0
It is situated in a easy assessable place especially at the entrance to the TTP shopping mall. Service was average, prices were not so cheap but it wasnt overly busy and the tables were not crammed in.
Approximate cost: $20
The Cafe Primo at Tea Tree Plaza Westfield Shopping has to be among the best restaurants in the centre. They're service and quality is great. The prices are affodable so anyone and everyone can enjoy a meal during shopping
Approximate cost: $15.00
Good place to go for a meal after a movie. The food is always pretty good and the service is good. A little bit noisy inside but thats to be expected inside a shopping centre.
Approximate cost: $12
The food was good, i enjoyed my meal even thought it was in a very noisy environment, i expected that as the restaurant is located at the entrance to Tea Tree Plaza. the staff are very friendly.
Approximate cost: $15
Noisy environment but excellent food, close in proximity to the cinema. much better food than the outlet at golden grove. Value for money great place to take the kids
Approximate cost: $14.00
we had a meal on a Friday, the food was good and the service was very good, the price was quite cheap for the amount of food and the coffee was very nice,no complaints for me
Approximate cost: $11.90
Staff were walking around tring to find where meals were to go and my husband had nearly finished his by the time I got mine. Staff seemed confused. The meal wasn't that good either. I had a chicken pasta dish but it was mainly pasta and nothing else.
not so busy, girls walked around like they had a chip on their shoulders, it wasnt very good dining experience, food was came out late i got my meal when my partner had already had finished his, told them that they were to come out together.
Approximate cost: $30.00
