Cafe Moda

This is a nice sleek traditional Italian cafe tucked in a shop front near david jones. The chai tea here is lovely - not a powder blend but thoughtfully composed of all the raw spices served in a tea pot not overly sweet. Coffee is delish too. About $7 a savoury dish and $6 cakes of course you can buy a few little itslian biscuits too. Moody dark ambience - can squeeze a pram in - nice to get away from the drone of the shopping centre - only thing is that it's cash only which I feel is not right in a shopping centre

This place is convenient, right next to the toilets and mothers and babies. There is plenty of seating, some soft bench seats in the actual cafe and some seating in the middle of the complex under the staircase. The food looks apetising, lots of interesting european cakes, like ricotta cakes and canoli! There are preprepared rolls and baguettes that look tasty. We have had canoli and it was crunchy and delicious creamy custard inside. The coffee was good, my bugbear is the CASH ONLY! arghh! And I believe they only have one size take away coffee....otherwise this is a nice place.

This is a pleasant place to relax and just have a coffee, tea or a snack. The food quality is good and the atmosphere is welcoming.

I get my coffee's here reguarly as I love the taste. Their food is delicious and fresh. All the staff there are very friendly and seem to enjoy working here. This place is popular around lunchtime and sometimes you may have to wait a bit to get your food. My coffee is always served nice and hot and never tastes burnt.
