Mostly guaranteed a good meal at this place! Added bonus if Ms. Bernie is working - she makes that place! There is seating for around 70, however it does get very noisy inside when the place is full, and it is hard to hear / talk. Normally pays to book ahead too, as it can be very popular especially in the Summer / Holiday Season!

We have been here several times for birthday parties, farewell celebrations, business meetings etc.
This is a very nice cafe/restaurant, with big glass windows giving a beautiful view out to the River Murray and the ferries crossing back and forth over the river.
It is a comfortable, carpeted restaurant/function room, with seating for 70 or more, I would guess. A bar on-premise and good air-conditioning and heating (I have been here when it has been both very hot, and pretty cold outside, at different times of the year).
The food is fantastic, a vast selection of dishes and prices are quite reasonable for this type of restaurant. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs.
Of course, its a nice spot to go out for a meal, even if you're not having a specific function. It is located right next to the Motel and its directly opposite the Caravan Park, as well, if you are staying at either.
Mains are from about $13 to $25, $10 for burgers. Kids menu around $8 each. There is also a breakfast menu and a special pizza menu.
