My computer just crashed - refusing to even turn on, I rang Steve and Chris, telling me to take it to them and leave it for a while they soon rang me back with their honest evaluation of what was wrong, gave me a fair quote for the work needed and had it repaired within a couple of hours. These two guys were so helpful, friendly and informative-and their after sales/repairs back-up is sensational. My computer was back working as good as when I'd first brought it.
