I’m sorry but the manager on duty was disrespectful and not helpful the coke fridge was not even working so was hot drinks and the beer room had warm beers on top of cold beers.

I had a problem with the Bws in butler so I called into Bws in Yanchep where I live and ask for the manager on duty at Yanchep so the manager said she was so I explained the problem I had from Bws store in butler
She was so so amazing in the Bws Yanchep store and said she was sorry the way I got spoken to on the phone from Bws butler guy ( very rude ) over the phone
Catherine the manager in Bws Yanchep was so understanding she even helped me put my rewards card app on my phone
There should be more people like Catherine but the other people will have big shoes to fill to beet . for catherine
