I went to BWS Keysborough drive through bottle shop and one isle was closed, so i drove into another isle - my error not on purpose.
My partner went out of the car apologised and we got ''Refused service'', all I was planning on buying was a bottle of coke.
Now this guy who was working on sat 19/5/2012 with a mono brow not to sound too discriminatory simply provided us the worst customer service I have ever experienced! i will never shop there again as i left with no apology back nor service.
good luck BWS keysborough , you need it.
one disgusted customer.
