The staff have no idea what the term customer service means. I asked if a particular wine was out of stock .. the answer was "if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it" I asked for two reasons, firstly, it's at the bottom of the shelf which makes it difficult to bend down to see if anything is there .. I'm 70 years old and secondly, sometimes there is stock out the back ... my advice is "learn some manners"
