Buzztech

Telstra referred me to Buzztech and I'm so grateful they did. Amazing customer service and professional phone repair, with a super fast turn around time on a job that Telstra themselves didn't believe they could accomplish, they told me to head to Buzztech as they were completely confident that i could get the repairs i needed done there, and they were absolutely spot on.
The bad reviews for buzztech left on here are I believe left by competitors or people with the collective IQ of an Oyster....

I would never recommend this place to anyone. iPad glass replacement to get it back after four more repairs they have stuffed up my camera....broke it and speaker cable

Called into shop for mobile screen repair - none in stock but only 1 to 2 days delivery from Melbourne. Called a week later and they had the part, organised to have it fitted the next day. Next day the screen is missing and it must have been fitted to someone else's phone; asked about ordering another screen and was told they would let me know when it was in - no deposit was required. Called 2 weeks later and screen hadn't been ordered; was told I'd have to pay before they would place an order. At this point I decided their was a serious failure to communicate and a new phone was the way to go. I don't know if they have a customer service policy but it isn't working......

John at the Newtown store has repaired 3 of my childrens IPads, from cracked screens to connection/charging issues..Done prompty, with a friendly phonecall when they are ready for pick-up.....Highly recommended Bussiness.

0 STARS *** Not Trustworthy - Don't wast your time - Was quoted for a repair, asked to pay up front then told they don't do the work. Hands down worst customer experience EVER. Given the customer experience one would really questions quality.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Walked in off the street and had a battery fitted to my wife’s phone while I waited. Also fixed the camera in my phone at the same time. Great service from Will. Would highly recommend this business. Price is very reasonable as well .

Terrible service. Customer services are the worse I have ever come across and the general manager / owner is particularly bad. If you have a problem you may never get it resolved!!! Please heed the warnings of 20% of their customers on the review sites and do not use this shop!!!!

I am only giving one star as my screen was repaired......eventually. It took 17 days from having the job booked in to finally being able to collect my tablet. On 2 occasions I was fobbed off and promised a date it would be fixed, only to be disappointed on my arrival. I fail to see the point in having a job number if when you quote it the staff rely on physically looking for a device that matches your description. Seems unprofessional and haphazard. Rhett needs some customer service training in how to deal with genuine complaints in a professional manner.

Fixed my daughters iPhone for 1/3rd the cost of another genuine company quote. Fast and comprehensive. Great value.

Definitely 4 Stars today. And to be fair to the scoring system, I'll wait until I've tried a few services there before deciding on 5 stars.
I got great advice, Rhett from BUZZ Tech is easy to understand and he understood my attempts to explain technology issues and what I needed.
BUZZ Tech fixed my phone and supplied an accessory and a re-furbished phone at a great price with a warranty.

I read the first review here and thought - take the plunge, stop procrastinating and seek expert advice. So now I'm relieved to have found somewhere to get help with technology that's also easy to get to by car, bicycle, bus or train.

BUZZ Feed is only a small business but it is giving back to local schools too.

I got my Iphone 4S front and back screen repaired with Rhett McGuinness and it was done in less than two hours, and he threw in free screen protectors to further protect the quality of the repair he did. If something else ever happened to my Iphone, I would definitely go back to him and his crew to ensure my Iphone is in the best state possible.
