Butler Carpet Cleaning

We have used Butler Carpet Cleaning to clean our three bedroom apartment at Rushcutters Bay for over 20 years. Obviously we have relied on Butlers entirely for this job and they have never failed to provide a the highest quality service….Thank you Butlers for your hallmark of perfection.

I would absolutely recommend this professional company. Had the whole upstairs cleaned ,stairs and landing and Dale did a fantastic job with not only the cleaning but also in answering all my questions. However the only negative was that there was only one of him which meant my husband and I had to move large pieces of furniture ourselves.

We have had Butler Carpet Cleaning service for 15 years now after a recommendation by a friend, and can thoroughly recommend them for all cleaning purposes to you.
Yesterday, Jason and Nick did the usual fantastic job. The carpet feels like new to walk on and there's not a stain in sight. They cleaned a filthy lounge chair which now looks like new. Excellent value for money.
Would we have them back again? In a heartbeat!

I definitely do not recommend this company - I had them booked 3 weeks prior & had 2 1/2 metre hall, 1 small bedroom & 1 very small bedroom + double mattress freshen - $420 cost I was going to pay. However, the 2 men refused to lift mattress for me to disassemble bed. They were going to charge more.
I had 2 conversations the day before & spoke with 2 women regarding the mattress problem & was told there should be no problem. They promised a lot over the phone & purport to give superior service. They were booked for 10.30 - turned up 11.10

I was so happy with the professionalism of this company and the fantastic job they did on our carpets at home! From when I phoned for a quote and to book in our job, to when Michael turned up on time and did a great job! They were one of the nicest companies I have dealt with in a while. We have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you very much!

Had our carpets and a lounge cleaned 2nd October, the guys did a great job. Both were professional and very polite. My carpets look great as does my lounge. I won't be using anyone else and would not hesitate to recommend Butlers. Thank you for a great job, I was very happy.

Butler Carpet Cleaning regularly clean my carpets, and this week they also cleaned the tiles in our outdoor living spaces. They are consistently high quality and incredibly polite. I'm always amazed by how clean they get our carpets, and they did a wonderful job on the tiled areas too. Highly recommended

Jonathan not only was an exceedingly pleasant and thoughtful person, the work these folks did on our carpets was amazing – removing stains we thought would never come out, making worn-in dirt disappear to reveal what looks now like new carpet. I hesitated at paying more than some of the super-discount offers that come in the mailbox, but I've often been disappointed with those. Plus, I thought it was worth paying for a treatment that was safer for our family and the environment. Everything looks so good, and the guys were so great – prompt, considerate, thorough service – we are really happy we made this choice. Thanks!

Butler did a fantastic job. Stains I never thought would come out are now gone. Staff are friendly and polite. I have used other carpet cleaners but no one has come close to the standard of service I have received from Butler, I will only be using them from now on and will be telling all my friends!
