Bushfire Flame Grill

We went to Brushfire on a Friday night.
3 people on our table ordered the all you can eat option (cost of $49.95). Food is table service & you have a coloured totem you turn for if you want service (green) resting (yellow) or are done (red). Ours was set to green & we had to call staff over because they kept walking past our table.
When we spoke to the manager she made out that each meat only comes around once (hardly all you can eat). Food was very good but expensive for the small amount we were served.

A friend at our table had a medical issue while we were there. The staff's first aid was almost non-existant. We had to administer first aid ourselves.
We asked staff to call an ambulance, 10 mins later they wandered over & asked if we still needed them to call an ambulance. So we did it ourselves.
Staff's idea of bring out their first aid kit was to bring out 1 ice-pack.
As we were on holidays we needed to get the address of the restaurant for the ambulance, it took 5 staff members to find out the address.

Customer service & first aid were non-existent. Pathetic for a restaurant that is part of such a big hotel.|Staff were more concerned with getting rid of us because there was someone laying on the floor in the middle of their restaurant than that there was a medical emergency.
