I just love shopping here. The variety of things they have and the friendly staff make the shopping worthwhile. Their plants section in particular was better than Masters. They had so many things to offer on the gardening front as well. I just did my research, will be going back shortly to pick up the stuff. I enjoy going to Bunnings, and also am very happy with the DIY sessions they conduct for kids. Will be taking my son along for the upcoming session.
Its always freezing at Bunnings, went with a plan, knew what I wanted so it wouldnt take long! My adult son had a different plan, after going our seperate ways and finding the new lunch box, I found myself in the garden section, so many plants even for winter, a nice Bunnings man saw I was struggling with all my goodies so hepled me out with a trolley, finally found my son, with a new drill and assorted boys toys. ONE hour later, sausage in hand we leave. GREAT STORE! GREAT and FRIENDLY SERVICE! GREAT PRICES! We went home very happy!

Very helpful staff, knowledgeable in their area of expertise and if they do not know they will find another staff member to help. Prices are good value and my kids love the play centre.
I have purchased lots of different items from here like tiles, paint, storage items the list goes on but i have never had an issue with any purchase
My adult son has spent many hours dragging me around this store, with plenty of look at this and I would love one of these, in truth I really enjoy wandering around in there and often end up getting quite a few things myself. GREAT STORE!!
very friendly and helpful staff, bought a drill for my FIL and the man was very helpful, took the time to help me find exactly what i needed. i love being welcomed at the door as i walk in with that friendly smile all the staff seem to have and then again as i leave the store, that same friendly smile is present.
A very well established Bunnings with an excellent range of home handyman accessories. Parking is a little bit difficult as it is quite small . My one biggest complaint about Bunnings in general is the staff saying hello every time you pass them. Leave me alone to shop LOL.
I very helpful staff, always go out of their way to make my shopping experience a good one their advice is spot on especially their Gardening ladies.
u can get every small thing u can think of for home renovations..... i have pleasant experience.... but store is really cold......
everything you can imagine under the one roof, customer service is terrific and pricing is reasonable. You can also take the kids with you, they have a playground for them to play. Activities are also available over the school holidays.
One of my favorite shops. I know where everything is. When I need a return I am attended to promptly. The only downside is when I do need help or a question answered, I have to search around and wait for customer service.

The service really lets you down here, especially if you go to the Information desk. I went to ask if they had a certain item in stock out the back as the shelf was empty. I was told to look back in aisle I was in and ask the guy who works in that area. Could not find any other staff to help. I didn't understand how hard it was to look it up on the computer. grrr The upside is this store doees have a wide variety of stuff!
They were pretty helpful. I'm not a fan of doing tomboy stuff (gardening) but Bunning's makes it easier & fun :P It's good to bring your little siblings along as well so they can go play around & have their own little adventures!
whenever i go there to get my gardening supplies they are always so kind and always help me to find what i need. and whenever i need something in particular i know that i can always count on bunnings to have it for me they are so reliable

Love going to Bunnings Epping because they have everything! The only thing that is disappointing is the lack of helpful staff. They always seem to be in bad mood. They are not always the cheapest either.

I was looking for a product that I was unable to find so I rang the Epping store they were very helpful over the phone and although the guy sounded as though he was busy with another customer, he apologized for the delay as he was helping someone in a differant section. He searched around and found what I was looking for. He saved me a lot of time going from store to store as they seem to have run out of the stock. He even told me what isle it was in.! (full marks)

This Bunnings would have to be the worst in Victoria! The staff are rude, not helpful, dont help you with simple DIY questions as they told me they cant help me with any information on how much building product i would need to do it myself and that i should consult a builder cause they arent allowed to help me! So much for the store being there for do it yourselvers. They wouldn't even let me return an item i had bought but bought wrong size so i needed to change to a smaller size which was cheaper they said i could change it if they kept the change i was owed! I told them dont worry about it and exchange it at another Bunnings no problem and no questions asked! The other Bunnings also helped me with the required amount of timber i needed to do my DIY job! I live in Epping and instead of going to Epping Bunnings i travel to either Thomastown who are excellent or to the new Mill Park store which are fantastic too! I will never shop there again!
