Handing over the keys. There is nothing like watching a family walk through their finished home for the first time something that existed only on paper a year ago, now real, theirs, built to last a lifetime. That moment is why we do this. Buildana uses standard NSW-compliant progress payment structures tied to construction milestones deposit, base, frame, lock-up, fixing, and completion. This protects both parties and ensures payments align with work actually completed on site. We do not offer Afterpay or interest-free consumer finance, however we are happy to work with your lender or broker to structure draw-downs that align with your construction loan schedule.

Turnaround times depend on project type and council approval pathway:
Granny flats (CDC): 610 weeks approval + 1216 weeks construction
Knockdown rebuilds / custom homes: 816 weeks approvals + 1018 months construction
Duplexes: 1020 weeks approvals + 1218 months construction
Renovations/extensions: 412 weeks depending on scope
