This store is now opened at aspley. The staff are excellent - really knowledgeable about all aspects of baby care. If you spend a substantial amount of money - they give you a 10% voucher to use instore. When buying my furniture etc for my baby, I priced everything up on line and with the discount - the over $3000 spend only came out $20 more expensive to buy direct from the store.
The sales lady was very helpful and showed us various prams and we asked several questions. They never once place pressure on us to buy. we went back the next day and asked more questions and then bought the product.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide a parents lounge with coffee machine and baby nurse on wednesdays i think. They have a fantastic selection of products and great displays so you can see what you want. they ahve a long layby and great offers. they have online specials and instore specials.
Great baby shop with a wide range of product selection. Prices are reasonable, some on the pricey side as you would expect of most baby stuff in baby stores in general. The staff are really friendly and have hands on experience which I like. The selection is good and varied, good service as well.
This shop would be one of my worst shopping experiences and I've been there more than once. The staff aren't very helpful, and really seem put out by having to answer questions. We were wanting to purchase a $650 pram and wanted a full demonstration of how it worked. We were practically ignored and not shown how the pram worked. On our second visit we received a little more help but not a full demonstration. I have to wonder how they stay in business. We purchased the exact pram at another baby shop
