Went this morning for an 11am booking with a friend. She was getting a wash, cut, blow dry. I was getting half a head of foils with a wash, cut, blow dry. They seated us both quickly but no one attended to her for at least half an hour. The services was abrupt and cold. The staffs working there were a bit all over the place and no one really knew what they were doing. I had no consultation as to what style cut I would be getting. The foils went in very slowly. The management, who did the foils blamed my soft hair for slipping and dropping strands out of the foils every few minutes. Staff then left me sitting there for over half an hour without advising how long I'd be sitting there for. Staff took out the foils and did a quick but not thorough wash of my hair. Someone else was then advised to finish off with the cut and blow dry. I wanted two inches off the bottom and layers at the back and sides. I got a few long layers but nothing at the front. At the end, I had long pieces left that weren't cut at all and still had split ends. Staff asked how I wanted it blow dried and I said straight with volume. Staff curled the ends. After walking out I played with my hair and found the chunks at the front that hadn't been cut at all. There was also a section in the middle of my head where they hadn't done the foil close enough to the scalp and there was a large brown section (I had blonde foils). This looked even more ridiculous when I pulled my hair back to tie it up. I saw staff about it about 10 minutes later and staff said that's just the way it is! We shopped in Parramatta for two hours and it was really bothering me so I went back. Staff advised they had closed and I can make an appointment for them to fix the one patch that staff missed. However, I live 1.5 hours from Parramatta and work in the North, so that wasn't an option. Looks like I'll have to dye over it myself! Won't be returning. Won't be recommending.
