Bryan Byrt Ford

If I am ever dumb enough to buy another Ford, I will never go to Bryan Byrt. Say the same for any of their other brands. Sales staff are incompetent and service staff, who usually don't have a reputation for having any customer service skills, would be better off in the back of the workshop all the time. Management of this place is awful. If you have a problem with your car, which you will because it's a Ford, don't even bother asking Bryan Byrt Ford to fix it because they will over charge you then make more problems than you had at the start and won't fix the first problem.

I walked in to their dealership, literally with my credit card in my hand ready to buy a car and was told to 'Come back when I was ready'. I went to Q-Ford and did the deal within 2 minutes.

I wish I never did though because that car has been nothing but trouble... But I will reveiw Ford themselves at a later stage.

I wish I could give these guys no stars... Have had a ford ranger 2010 model since new and had it serviced here. I made several complaints of the handbrake not working, the drive belts squealing and a strange noise neither I nor my partner could identify.
Paid over $500 for a major service and absolutely nothing was fixed. As it turns out the unidentifiable noise was the CV joint (holds on the wheel)... half way down a mountain on a wet road, off flies the wheel.
The staff are actually more helful than we originally expected after this incident - doesn't change the fact that two lives were in danger for no good reason.
