BPW was recommended to me by my Mazda dealership and I can see why. Words I would use to describe BPW (and especially Warren the manager); professional; polite; friendly; helpful and good old fashioned, decent service. I was very happy with the work they did to my car (and they cleaned so well what was a thoroughly filthy car: added bonus!). The quote was competitive and a courtesy car was included in the price. If I ever need panel work to be done again, I'll return to BPW.

My insurance company organised and choose this panel beater for repair of my car so was a little apprehensive at first since I didn't get to choose who I wanted however was quite pleased with the end result, a job definitely well done and even though I felt talked down upon at times because I am a woman (I swear is it just me?) he was honest and did explain what was repaired and why etc which was nice.

I have had two cars repaired by them and both jobs were excellent. Panel fit, painting match and unable to see any difference from new. They may be a little more expensive than some, but worth every bit extra.
