She picked up my ear infection and then made appropriate referral. I highly recommend her.

Vi makes me feel at ease. She is professional, polite and to the point.

The hearing aids she gave me was surprising. They worked immediately. Within 24 hours I got use to them and could hear. It was not natural in sound and normal.

I am very please with them. I loved that they can pair to my phone and iPad.

I can’t believe the hearing aids are so natural and it has been a continuous surprise.

They have also subdued my tinnitus. Most of the time I don’t hear it anymore. In the past without the hearing aid the tinnitus was very noisy and at times painful. Now it is faint and in the background and I really have to concentrate to hear it.

I am impressed with the size and fit.

All it all, the whole experience has surpassed my expectations.
