Dr. Masoumeh is very professional yet very fun and comfortable. I have been to many dental clinics and have gone through different dentists, but I find Dr. Masoumeh topping the list when it comes to excellent dentists, especially around preston. As soon as she checked my teeth, I knew then and there that she is very experienced and one I would wholeheartedly trust with my teeth. Whoever is uncomfortable with dentists should definitely look into seeing Dr. Masoumeh and I guarantee you that you will feel at ease with her from the get go. I did'nt have enough money for having my two teeth done, but she gave me options, and she walks through it with you and takes in whatever you prefer but also giving her professiobal opinion. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND her to anyone, even my family hears me rant about how good she is. after every appointment I have with her.

I have been with Dr. Masoumeh for the past 8 years or so.Over the years I have undergone General and Preventative Dentistry and have received the best of care, patience and compassionate treatment from Dr. Masoumeh. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Masoumeh is a very knowledgeable and considerate dentist that you can simply rely on. She puts the patient's needs before everything else. Besides, the clinic staff are very professional, friendly and comforting.
As someone who has never been comfortable with dentists,I have nothing but the highest praise for Doctor Hajihashem. She always explains everything clearly before doing any work and then constantly checks during treatment that you are doing ok.
All staff were friendly, Mas was very understanding of my nervousness and was patient with me. Helped come up with a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. I will definitely be going back and recommend to anyone else, particularly those who might not be at ease at the dentist.

I came to bright smile after losing faith in dentists. Dr Masoumeh has completely changed my opinion, she is calm and cares about your experience. since going to her I feel educated in why things need to be done and there is no pressure to do anything I don’t want to do.
On top of that she gave me a teeth whitening pen before my wedding and loyalty discount on my latest visit.

Lovely staff who put my mind at ease the moment I walked in. Was in incredible pain and found out it was an infection and root problems which had been missed by my former dentist. Dr Mas performed emergency work that didn't hurt a bit. She was so comforting, explained everything in detail and did an amazing job. I have found my new dentist.
I have incredibly sensitive teeth and a great fear of dentists having had lots of treatments over the years. Dr Mas is the gentlest dentist I’ve ever been to (whether Melbourne, London or Scotland). She is great at laying out all options and doesn’t try to encourage optional treatment. She is always aware of the cost to patients. I would completely recommend her to anyone.
