Brad came into our Office off the street to see if his services would be of any help. We had a 12yo photo copier that we acquired that was in desperate need of a service. Not wanting to spend up on a new photo copier, we asked Brad if we could get our existing copier to an acceptable standard and working again. Brad spent the best part of 3 hours servicing and pulling apart our copier cleaning all the parts that needed attention. He not only had our copier working, he made sure it was able to copy in A4 as well as A3, and with little streaks as possible. Much to our delight, this copier was running well again and will save us having to fork out big dollars prematurely for a new copier. Brad is very helpful, polite and has a good work ethic. He is willing to help with all copier/printer/fax and general needs without feeling as if you will be ripped off. Certainly worth giving Brad a call to ask him for his advice on your next purchase or maintenance query.

We have used Brad at BRE Pro Service now for a few months and he has to be commended for his promptness and quality of services. We are only servicing our office machines half as often now.
