Bravvo Stone

We have spent approximately $50000-$70000 with this company. I have called on many occasions for 3 years as the ensuite vanity they did is crumbling. It is easy to see the original join is crooked which has caused the bench to split. I have called emailed and been told Colin the owner will get back to me. We had made an appointment in 2021 which was cancelled. I just want them to view and fix and we are happy to pay the cost. Colin is such a busy man he can not call back and certainly not come out to rectify the issue even at our cost. I guess after many calls and it being 3 years of calls they are not going to do anything. Marble should last a life time not 5 years,and totally crumble. Ital Bravvo what ever they wish to call themselves seem once paid no after service.
