Brakes Direct

I can not fault this business.
I asked them to source and put together a Gravel Rally brake system for my mitsubishi Evo X for use with 15 inch wheels.
Yes it took a little while to source the parts but they provided what I asked for.
An Alcon world class WRC standard braking system for my car.
Cost was less than $10,000 and provided in a respectable time frame.

I have since got another company to provide a AP Racing 5000 set up for Tarmac use on another Evo X at a cost of near $20,000
Sad to see that Brakes Direct have gone down but as I said I do not have a bad word to say against them.
Great products and great guys.

Pay a few thousand dollars and wait over a year with no communication, scammer, fraudster and down right should not be in business.

they will take your money but thats about it.

Extremely poor service. There is very little communication, the reasons for delays sound more like excuses. No real commitment to the customer

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I needed a set of brakes that were guaranteed to be delivered in two weeks. I even paid a premium for this to be the case. The date for delivery was 2 months ago and I have to go through Qld ministry of fair trade to get my money back as the seller will not respond to anything. please read the this and take notice before you lose 2.5k

Then I cancelled the order to get my money back not even interested

I purchased a set of front DBA rotors for a customers Rav4 but unfortunately there was a delay with shipping from the supplier in Sydney. These guys knew I needed them to ensure this car was able to be back on the road in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to source and supply a set locally. and got them to me in overnight. Awesome service all round. Thanks guys.

Great customer service deserves an excellent wrap. Cannot emphasize enough the customer service that Greg and his team offer. Brakes were sent out on Friday evening and received Monday afternoon !! Cannot recommend Brakes Direct enough smile emoticon
