Less than half of the agreed work was completed and the yard was left in a dangerous condition, meaning it couldn’t be used until an actual tradesman came to fix the hazards made by Bowline’s poor workmanship.
The worst part is Bowline was threatening so was paid more money than agreed. When later contacted to discuss the over payment I was simply told by Bowline to “go jump”.
Police have said that sadly there are a few local businesses now illegally making money this way, especially with more venerable people such as women or the elderly which was the case here.

Ian & his team completed successfully a front entry redevelopment in the “Inner South”. Which included custom designed stone & drain work. Brass fitting, complex bracing and waterproofing. Looks great Ian. See you on sight for my next project.
