As the building progressed Richard Bolt kept recommending cheap option to what we agreed on. Thinking we would save money at the end of the day we agreed. When we had to pay he did not offer us any reduced price for the things he hadn't done which would have added up to around fifteen thousand dollars or more.
Another problem was that he would not seriously talk to us about the building plans until the last minute when we had no other option but to use him.
I wouldn't use him again.
