I am sorry to say this is a badly managed Hair salon. The person booking my appointments made mistakes, which affected my following bookings. Although the staff seemed to have good relationships with their regular clients, I did not feel welcome as a new client... I felt uncomfortable by not being included in group conversations. I felt like I was being intrusive by listening, which was hard not to do as the staff were quite loud. My Hairdresser was very gossipy and swore a couple of times, also teased me like I was a friend, I did not get the respect I feel I deserved as a client. The hairdresser also ran 45 mins late with my appointment. Overall, I feel the value of the service did not warrant the price, even though I would happily pay more for good quality, and I was not valued as a new client, therefore will not return. I sincerely hope they treat other new clients better as I would not want others to have my experience.
