absolutely love borders. amazing place to hang out even if you arent buying anything. cheap and almost every book you can imagine. and pretty good service.
I love these guys, you can easily spend time finding many books you didnt know you needed!! They have everything including little niches to peruse their stuff, and a fun little section for children. If you need refreshments, they have a quality and efficient Gloria Jeans that always please at a lovely look out location. Why did this company ever go broke, these guys are fabulous and I hope they stay. They also have great gift ideas at great prices and honestly, it's like a library, you will most likely find what you are looking for and the satff can otherwise assist. Highly recommended.

Gloria jeans in borders is the best GJ's in Geelong. They are always friendly, polite, prompt with ordering and serving. They always crush up all of the ice in the cold drinks. Never burn the coffee or the toast

The cashier was very friendly and the coffee was nice. I think that Gloria Jeans is a little bit over priced, but their brilliant customer service and very delicious coffee keeps me coming back. They also have a quite good rewards system, where you get a stamp for every coffee you purchase and when you have had 10 you get a free regular sized drink. I think its good to be rewarded for being loyal to one business!

Although situated a fair way from home, I have friend who live in geelong and I found this particular Borders always has the items I am looking for.
Great books and the Borders staff are always helpful. The coffee at Gloria Jeans is consistently good, staff are friendly and the food is OK too. Just a pity only disposable cups etc are used.

Great stop after walking, shopping, etc. I like how they allow you to sit and browse their books as long as you can...very relaxing. Or else have a hot cup of coffee inside ;-) Great idea!
I love spending time at Border's with a coffee and a good book. The American atmosphere of a coffee/ book shop is very much welcomed as something original and new for Geelong. The prices are a little higher than some others however.
