There is a huge range of books to choose from. They are categorized well. The staff are helpful. The price is a little expensive compared to other shops.
Im not much of a reader, but getting presents for friends is made easy with the gift cards. They also have nice calenders
Approximate cost: $30
the environment and its service are good, just the coffee in Gloria Jeans there is much worse than the one in Chaddy!
Approximate cost: $20
I love going to this store as they have a large selection of books and magazines. I often peruse around here. I like to sit on their chairs/couches and read whenever I have free time. No one disturbs me which, is fanastic. I like the fact that you can have a coffee and read in the shop. I have found staff here to be quite friendly.
I love this store i could sit for hours reading the books. the service is great and they fact i can sit down and have a coffee. i love it and i would say go relax and have a look.
This is a huge bookstore, has heaps of books to choose from, you could browse for hours! I think the prices can be hit and miss though.
I love this store! So much to browse around & see .. love that you can sit & read magazines near the front entrance .. also the benefit of having Gloria Jean's in the store when you want a coffee!
I had a Borders voucher that I need to use. I still find that these store need more maps around the place for 'floating' staff to be able to help you. Even though they have their computers there for us to look up things, it is still very confusing to find things. I found it more frustrating having to stand in a queue for a long period of time just to be pointed in the direction of where the book might be. What happened to staff actually taking you to where something might be - I still didn't find what I was after so still to this day I haven't used the voucher. Maybe next time I'm shopping I'll try again.
Approximate cost: $30.00
What a great shop. Huge variety of books and magazines to choose from. Could easily spend hours in this shop. Staff are friendly and helpful.
What a wonderful store. It has so many books and everything else. I could stay in your shop all day browsing your wonderful collection.
Love the store, amazing variety. I could spend all day in there, but they are more expensive than buying online
For such a large store it's actually pretty easy to find what you are looking for. I had a particular book that I was after and even though they didn't stock it in the store I visited they were very helpful locating the book. They also suggested to purchase it online which has no delivery costs. Although you can't beat the actual expreience of browsing through a book store, in this instance this was the perfect option for me.
always someone there asking you if you need any help, but no hovering. great range and material. so much space as well! always a great experience and friendly faces. love to shop here
love all borders stores, the atmosphere is great and you can find everything you need there. however the lady that served us at the register wasn't all that polite and gave us the wrong change. apart from that , great overall
Borders are all huge. I love them because it's cozy and spacious in there, and they always come with Gloria Jean's coffee. Great for some lazy time. i love borders. borders are great.
extremely helpful whatever books l want they have in store or will get it in for me and its easy to find the different catagories and they are not cramped or overcrowded , its well appointed and spacious with plenty of seating available.
Approximate cost: $20-40
I love this place, it's so big and has every book you could ever find. The shop is new and the setting is great. There's even a Gloria Jean's in there. There are 2 levels to the shop and so you can imagine how big it is.
Have great selections of children books... some very reasonable price, great for gifts! They are easy to find, some great children book collections. the staffs are friendly n very usefull. Definitely go back!
Borders do have a huge range, which is great, but I find they're ALWAYS quite a bit above the RRP, which is very annoying when it's the only place to find a particular book! It's usually pretty hard to find a staff member to ask for help, and the lines are usually pretty long, too.
staff helpful in locating a book published in America which usually not available in Dymocks or other bookshops. There is also an area which you can test drive the latest laptops. There is also a table displaying books and artifacts with a theme, which I really enjoyed
