This site is amazing!! All the bargains they have!! I have just booked my accommodation for a Bali trip next year and got the best bargain for 11 night stay in a lovely looking hotel. Very easy to use the website and you can type in your needs/wants, how may adults/children etc. Great site and will be using it again for any other holidays that I will be planning for the future
In the process of planning an European trip and have been booking (and changing our minds) hotels through this booking site. It clearly shows what the hotels provide and is very easy to use. Have used it many times before and have never had a problem with the bookings made. Most times pay the hotel in local currency. No booking fees either.
We have used this online booking site many times. Both for bookings in Australia and overseas. Our last use was for booking a hotel in Sopron, Hungary. We were delighted with price and with the accommodation and will continue to use this site when travelling in the future
We used Booking.com recently to book accommodation on Gold Coast. The service was excellent, and no booking fee. When I had to contact them by phone the service personnel were excellent.
I find the customer reviews on Booking.com quite helpful in making decisions also.
