I would definitely recommend a visit to Sonoko. Last year I was in extreme back pain - a mixture of family-related stress and sitting at a computer all day - I had 4 sessions with Sonoko and the relief was bliss. Just after one therapeutic massage the pain was reduced. With each session the pain lessened and my back was not tightening up again. From there I had monthly massages which also helped relieve my intermittent headaches. Sonoko has the right blend of knowledge and ability to understand the problem and fix it. I was impressed. I look forward to booking my next session just for the hell of it!
