Such a great establishment, from the members to the owners, they are all amazing and love the dedication to help everyone.

All the equipment is new, gym is kept clean. There are additional rooms for circuit work and a females only room.
The owners and staff are really approachable and make you feel comfortable. Has a real community feel to it. 10/10 guys!

Best gym in the southern suburbs.. I love the fact that this is not a big chain gym, money going back into the pocket of hard working locals! Friendly, clean, new equipment and in a great location with plenty of parking.

Exceptional atmosphere and top level staff and trainers. The equipment is fantastic, smooth and easy to use. The latest addition of 60 kg dumbbells really have lifted (hahaha) my goals.
I could not recommend this gym any higher.

BodySmith has a welcoming environment with facilities to accommodate all gym membership needs without intimidation to do your thing. The staff are friendly and helpful and are willing to assist with technique and demonstrate safe use of equipment within the facility. Highly recommend BodySmith

Great atmosphere, run by a fabulous husband and wife team who do their best to consider the needs of the client and very friendly. Excellent creche with switched on, caring attendant. Fairly priced compared to other gyms in the area. Great for the person who is apprehensive about starting at a gym, the people/vibe here will have you settled and comfortable in no time.

A great gym and karate dojo. They have very supportive owners managing the gym, and very good trainers in the gym!

Great people, good equipment, good spaces, good atmosphere, even if it's busy, which is rare, there is a culture of respect and kindness.

I've been coming here for a few years and highly recommend it to anyone looking to start going to a gym, or anyone looking to change gyms. From beginners to seasoned veterans and everyone in between Bodysmith will be more than happy to look after you.

I really love the layout and how nice and interested in you the staff are. I've seen a lot of gyms and this one stands out by a mile. It's clean, the culture is really friendly and you can't compare it to anywhere else, they offer so much more and these guys really know what they're talking about!
