i have been going to Estelle for 2 years now,i have a back and shoulders,i couldn't lift my arms above my shoulders,she asked me a few questions then went to work, after 3 visits my arms could go passed my shoulders and my back wasn't tight or sore, all pain was gone and had full movement,totally recommend Estelle

I went to see Estelle for pain in my hip and shoulder from repetitive work. Estelle recommended the Emmet therapy which was very unusual but worked really well in giving me pain relief. Very comfortable and friendly and I will definitely be visiting again when I need.

My body was twisted due to my desk and computer position set up at work causing several painful issues. This was corrected in two visits to Estelle using Emmets therapy. Estelle also showed me switching on muscle technics to prevent further issues which has been extremely helpful. i have Spondylitist and Frozen Shoulder plus BURSITIS in my legs i can hardly walk most days or lift my arms up past my chest . When i see Estelle it is magic i have no pain and i feel normal again when you suffer with pain 24/7 you nearly go insane but after one session with Estelle i have no pain . I went to Estelle for relief from sciatica. I've been to physio for it which was painful and didn't last.
