Body Catalyst

I spent $4,000 and got no results. I was on their top-Tier program at Castle Hill. This review is somewhat delayed Because I didn't want to offend the lovely staff, I have noticed that the store has since closed. So here it is now.

I was disappointed from the start. So after the consultation, weighing,measuring, interview and taking direct debits from me, they only then informed me of how booked they were, so I would have to wait several weeks to start the program. Then bookings after that were hard to get. I did the works and got no results even the staff knew it too, because they didn't even measure the post-process results as they normally would. They would have kept me locked into the annual subscription but conceded not so much with words but the lack of communication and sheepishness. I was disappointed they didn't even attempt to maybe remedy me in some way.

On the last EMS session, I had a metal button on my pants that had burned a hole in my stomach and left a 2-inch scar. Again, the staff were kind but offered nothing, again lacking words. I had the feeling that it was protocol not to admit liability to such an extent that the staff would literally go from being personable to deer in the headlights.

It was like throwing money in the bin; it makes me sick to think about it.

I came in for my first day to work at body catalyst Ivanhoe. Bernadette made me feel so uncomfortable and belittled. Never have I been made to feel so low. I left in tears. I did my training with her and in the training we spoke about the pelvic floor machine. It’s extremely embarrassing to even post this, but something has to be said. I explained that I had a weak pelvic floor. Throughout the day I did go to the toilet a few times. When we were in reception, I had to go to the toilet a second time. She then sneered and said “Again?!” When I came back from the toilet she made me feel so bad for going. She said “what are you going to do when you are in a 90 minute treatment with a client?” She also further stated that I should “drink less water”. However in the training we did, she was educating me saying that drinking water is healthy and to educate the clients to drink water. Not to also mention her going through my emails on my phone (and giggling) which made me extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t work here nor come here for any services in my opinion.

Frustrated to say the least.

Should have just stuck to my plan of liposuction because that's what I still need to get done.
I still have pre paid monies/ treatments that they will not refund. I seen no results when attending treatments which was hard to make appointments when working full time as there were never any available appointments out of normal office hours. I have recently moved and no clinic in sight and they still wont refund my monie which isnt a small amount.

I have never felt so ripped of in my life. They build your expectations up by saying you are a perfect candidate and then when you don't get the results you were lead to believe you would see they start to make up excuses and try to sell you more procedures. The before and after photos they sent me were insulting. There was no difference that could be seen between the before and after, yet they tried to say there was. Very disappointing. If I could give no stars I would. This review is for body catalyst at chermside in Brisbane.

I felt so good after my treatments at Body Catalyst. I had a tummy bulge and weak core after having a baby. Their treatments helped to reduce my abdominal separation, strengthen my core so that my back didnt hurt anymore and lose my tummy bulge. I saw a few of the girls there and they were all professional, helpful and made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend

This review is for Doncaster/Vic. Cryo/fat freezing didn't work for me which was so disappointing after spending so much money. Wasn't offered refund but they did do another few sessions to try to rectify. Still didn't work. That was on abdomen. I also had it done on neck/chin area, and not convinced that made any difference - if so, it is minute. Then was offered photos but they never sent.

Scammers!!! $5000 down the drain. Cryo and cavitation together neither one works. They suck u in saying pay for both up front and save so you can’t get your money back even when you see it’s not working. They should be made to shut down for scamming so many people

The fat cavitation treatment I had done at Body Catalyst Bondi Junction has left my stomach distorted and disfigured. I was initially reluctant to get the procedure done but Hunter did a great job of convincing me the risks were low, that I should do it, that it doesn't hurt that much, etc. It hurt loads, I felt like an elephant was sitting on me just below my rib cage. A few months later I noticed my stomach had two distorted lumps in it, exactly where the applicators were. Manager Rachel was very nice and agreed to see me, she admitted something was wrong. Took measurements and my stomach was bigger in those two areas. She suggested some anti-inflammatories but they didn't make a difference. 8 months later now, I am still so upset and angry and embarrassed by how I look. Body Catalyst eventually rfunded my money for the procedure, but I'd pay 10 times that amount to have my normal (not deformed) stomach back. I saw a plastic surgeon who said the tissue was damaged from the procedure, and basically there's not much I can do to make it better now. I've actually thought about sueing the company for emotional distress and physical damages done. I wish I had read a review like this so I'd have thought twice about this procedure.

I struggled to return to my prebaby body post pregnancy and was amazed at the rapid transformation my midline area underwent after these treatments. I had cryo, fat freezing, on my stomach and waist and then some skin tightening on my stomach. Within 8 weeks, I lost 3 cm, gained a waist (I was always like a barrel) and learnt so many nutrition tips from the nutritionists that work there. Highly recommend
