I decided to do a few PT sessions to help me get back into the gym properly and make sure my form was right. Caitlin asked a lot of questions to understand what would realistically work for me and my lifestyle.
She’s very approachable and easy to talk to. I am a shy, introverted person (until you get to know me), but I immediately felt comfortable with her and never judged, despite my very questionable choices. She was able to pick up on small form adjustments and explained things in a way that made sense.
I’ve already noticed an improvement in my form and can feel the right muscles working now, which I wasn’t getting before. It’s also shifted my mindset around training and made me more confident going into the gym on my own. I wish I had PT sessions years ago!
I got a lot out of just a short time working with her and would consider doing a weight loss program with her in future when I can make the commitment to myself.

My experience with Caitlin was amazing. My second day at the gym, she took the time to help me with my form and technique, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Her support and encouragement helped me feel more confident using equipment I hadn’t tried before. She was also very sweet and easy to approach, which made asking questions feel comfortable. It made a big difference starting out at a new gym, and I really appreciated her help.
I’ve enjoyed that the exercises are actually tailored to my needs and capabilities with regular checks and adjustments in time. I do not like some trainers expect you to fit in a box with exercises and weights that they have in their mind for you. Caitlin is certainly not one of those trainers. Caitlin is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better personal trainer.
