Not only did they irreversibly damage my cherished jacket—leaving it marred with scratches, discolored, and utterly unwearable—but they also had the audacity to demand payment for their botched attempt at cleaning. The audaciousness of expecting remuneration after mishandling a valuable possession is truly astounding.
Over the past two years, I have entrusted my jacket to various dry cleaners, seeking their expertise a total of ten times. Remarkably, each time I received it back in impeccable condition. However, the very first instance I entrusted this particular establishment with my jacket for dry cleaning, they managed to bungle the task irreparably. This stark contrast in quality highlights a glaring lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability on their part.
I implore anyone contemplating their services to exercise caution before bestowing them with their treasured belongings and hard-earned finances. The woeful experience I endured should serve as a cautionary tale, urging prospective clients to think twice before making such a regrettable decision.

Dry Cleaning may be ok. However, at $25.00 for 3 pieces this is not at all reasonable!
There are many drycleaners at more competitive prices, like $17-$18 for 3 garments.
This is a great, no frills dry cleaning service. Always reliable and trust worthy and sometimes even super fast cleaning too. Cost wise is good and staff are always friendly.
