Our People.
Bliss Media is a full service digital agency with a team of over 20 interdisciplinary experts across strategy, design, user experience, development, project management, mobile, ecommerce, social media, copywriting, search engine marketing, search engine optimisation and analytics. We are small enough to be agile and highly adaptive, yet big enough to produce large-scale projects. Our team functions across two offices in Melbourne and Sydney.
Phong brings over 15 years in the digital industry with a strong understanding of technology, design and implementation. After freelancing as a web developer he founded Bliss Media in 2002. In addition to his practical experience Phong holds a Masters in Multimedia from Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
Chris Lachowicz
Head of Strategy & Production
With 15 years of experience as a digital strategist, project manager, producer and usability expert Chris is well positioned to help clients establish the most effective digital solutions. He’s produced multi-award winning campaigns as well as websites and campaigns for major clients including Consumer Affairs Victoria, Australian Government Department of Defence, Victoria University, Super A Mart, 2XU, Medibank Health Solutions, Village Roadshow and Telstra. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne majoring in Sociology and Political Science. Prior to joining Bliss he worked at Igloo, mcm entertainment and Merchantwise.
Joel Thorsen
MD of Bliss Search Agency
Joel applies his background in business marketing and digital strategy to help clients establish and meet their online goals. In over six years at Bliss Media he has directed digital strategies for major national brands including eheadspace, Haymes Paint, Slater & Gordon, Aussie Disposals, NAB and GNC Livewell. He has a Bachelor of Business Marketing from RMIT University and before joining Bliss worked as a consultant at Bwired Digital.
