As a teenager this was my go to hairdressers, but over the years they have become more and more obsessed with hair competitions and less on what will invite customers in. Prices are a lot more than a lot of other salons even with free parking taken into consideration. The ventilation is not great either as someone with sensitive sinus the smell of bleach makes me feel unwell if I am surrounded by it for too long.

Disappointed beyond belief! Having to use a hair-straightener (for which you are charged) before making a cut, not taking into account natural fall of hair, I've been left with a hack-job which will take a year or more to grow out. As for colouring roots, I now have a defined dark line through my hair approximately 2cm from roots. When trying to discuss the issue the following day, was fobbed off & told it was 'structurally fine'!?? No offer of refund or any service for repair. All I asked for was a tip trim and regrowth colour. Overpriced and very disappointing service.

I have always been happy with the service received at this salon, they always offer me a beer whilst Im getting my cut done, all the staff even the juniors are professional and ensure I am happy before leaving. They win many awards and after having your hair cut or coloured you will know why. The combination of friendly service, clean store and affordable prices with a massive range makes them a pleasure to deal with
