We are only tenants in Watsonia, and Ben from BJC Concepts quoted on a window & door replacement the landlord needed to be done at our home (not our fault). Ben did his quote in a timely manner and a few weeks later called me to organise delivery of the window & sent to our his workers out a few days later. The two young men (sorry hubby couldn't remember their names), were on time, well organised & knew what they were doing, very professional. It was a stinking hot day, working in a hot garage but they did a fine job, an added bonus was they cleaned up as much as they could, which is quite often a failure by some tradies.
