Binara one is conveniently located at Crowne Plaza hotel right near Casino Canberra. It has comfortable tables and the bar staff are well trained. Drinks are reasonably priced for the city but the food is a little expensive.
This bar within Crowne Plaza is pretty happening in the evenings. Great atmosphere, very trendy with outdoor area for nice sunny days. Food wise, it is not too bad, but not great either and on the expensive side. I had the 4 tapas selection and my friend had the steak. Steak looks good but the tapas are like typical party finger food.
