I would not recommend this store on returns. I was confronted by three women and criticised for faulty products. I used electric kettle 4 to 6 times daily to boil drinking water and for coffee. I checked online and others had same problem with item. I believe I was ganged up on and intimidated. I was told to buy an urn or a camping kettle which they went and chose and that it is cheaper to use on electric stove than electric jug. Not so. Online says jug cheaper. I hated the way I was treated and intend to contact manager if they will listen.

I find this Department store to be very helpful and obliging in every-way. Staff go out of their way to ensure that you are helped and nothing seems to be to hard.
