this Big w has to defenatly be the best big w that i have been to, always so neat and tidy, all stock is always available, everything is so organised, just wished i lived closer so i can go there more often......
Its one the big w I like going to because its always clean and tidy and not messed up as most are. The prices are really good and its good value for money. The service is so so as its hard to find someone to ask something, but the price check machines help a lot. Love going there for kid's needs and books as its usually the cheapest.
went there and purchased the twilight books the service was non existant until i reached the checkout and even then it was only a hello . the shop is tidy and easy to find what u are looking for

This Big W always has most things in stock. it's always clean, an easy layout, well staffed. the line is never too long at the check out and they're great at the service desk
The ppl who worked there were generally young, didnt seem to have much experiance when it comes to cutsomer servive. Perhaps 1st jobs for most. Many of whom didnt seem happy. Really grudgy place. Its like buy your goods, and then get out.
I use this shop because it is the closest to where I live and it is practical to pick something up on the way home. The staff are disorganised on teh registers and it can take forever to pay for your items and get out of the store.

The experiences are great as I had an excellent customer service experience and hassle free in the past. i would try the service again. Being the one of the largest retailer, it supports its promised value with highest quality of the service.
I always find things that I need at low prices even when items are not on sale. so when they do go on sale its a bargain. They have a great range of baby food and items. THey also have shoes that are cheap and they dont wear out quickly.
