Big River Carpets

I was not happy with my experience of this company. We had chosen our lino we needed for our kitchen and dining area. We chose an off cut that was a lot cheaper and paid a deposit on the day. When we organised a day for it to be laid, they had sold our lino to someone else.
The workers. The worst we have ever encountered. The helper had a cold and kept sniffing up all day. He blew his nose and instead of throwing the tissues in the bin he through them over our front fence, After the lino was laid the bloke had cut the lino 2 inches too short so he had to cut another piece and glue it on to the floor. I rang the boss at the business and he was so rude the way he spoke to me when I said about the lino being cut short. He blamed me for it. The workers were supposed to rip up some boards from our floor but it was too hard for him so it was easier for them to put this other stuff on the dining floor to make it even. When they had left I walked on the lino bare foot and could feel something under the lino. Hubby lifted the lino and it was one of their nails. The worker put stuff on the floor like a grout to make the floor even. Well its not. The owner would not reply to my emails and would not speak to me. Would never deal with them or recommend
