Bens are the best they use the best,are very fastest,use of authentic parts,excellent employee’s qualified staff make each job easier for prices which are cheaper than other repairs done around their shops.

We have used them constantly over the last five years. Well Price quick and they always deliver. Ok so the language barrier may make them seem a little rude to some, for us the complaints

The customer service here is by far the worst I have ever encountered.
It’s like they don’t want your business maybe they don’t , not all is what it seems.

I have never been spoken to so rudely by a retail business before. I would never recommend them. When told that my laptop had to be sent away I asked if I could help by dropping it off myself but was told it was non of my business where it was being sent to. The shop is chaotic and dirty with staff mainly interested in eating.

I have found the staff to be quite rude on occasions. Im back for my third iPhone 6 screen replacement, as the last two were continually going black . Never again, I'll be going to the more reputable dealer from now on.

I went to BIg Ben Computers Miranda earlier today and was stunned by the rude service staff.

It is the last time I visit them. Would never recommend them.

Fast and efficient. Good guys. Not so great on customer service. Very busy and sometimes you get left to fend for yourself. They do a great job and tberss no mucking around they'll tell you what you need to do the job right the first time and then leave it up to you to decide. Prices are as expected. We are more than happy with them and we have returned multiple times as they do the job right thankyou

They have now moved from a kiosk on L1 to a Shop. I have purchased goods from them several time. Their prices are great and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I have recently had reason to have my laptop checked for faults and to replace parts on a couple of occasions. After doing the rounds of several computer and electronics stores in the St. George and Sutherland Shire districts, I found a little gem called Big Ben Computers at Westfield Miranda. On each occasion, their attention to detail was thorough and the service was excellent. I found that their prices were highly competitive with other similar stores. What's more, I was not charged for their time or labour on either occasion; just for the new parts which were sourced for me and were also reasonably priced in comparison to other stores. Big Ben Computers is only a small store but they stock a fairly wide range of I.T. euqipment, hardware and software. Also, the work is done in the store, in full view of customers so you are able to see for yourself exactly what is being done. This certainly gave me added confidence in their work. Not being an expert in information technology myself, I feel much more secure knowing that I have found a business that provides good service I can trust, at reasonable prices.

in stock...

My son the computer Genius swears by them...if they don't have
what you need in stock they can get it for you..
